*Manage and enhance company’s compliance program, including conflicts of interest, lobbying laws, gift and financial contribution policies, FCPA, OFAC, truth-in-testing laws, obligations of non-profit organizations, ESG, document retention, grant compliance, contracting with public entities and tax. *Serve as the lead lawyer on international issues (i.e., international test taking), including with respect to company’s subsidiary in India, operations in Puerto Rico, and test centers outside the U.S. *Manage all immigration issues, including working with outside counsel on visa and green card applications and best practices.
